STORAGE & HANDLING
NCL EPOXY EP800-I is a two part, low viscosity epoxy resin for sealing of fine cracks and repairing of cracked concrete to restore the structural strength. The cured NCL Epoxy EP800-I entirely and completely restores the concrete to its original monolithic conditions. NCL EPOXY EP800-I is supplied in two bulk containers for use together with two-component injection machine or pressure grout pump.
COMPOSITION
NCL EPOXY EP800-I is a Two-part Injection Resin which consists of Part A – Resin/Base and Part B – Hardener. Part A and Part B are mixed to form high-strength rigid epoxy resin.

INJECTION PROCESS
Single-line Injection Process:
Mix homogeneously Part A and Part B in 2:1 ratio by volume in a suitable clean and dry container. Inject mixed resin with single-line injection machine. Ensure resin is injected within the pot life of the material after mixing.
Twin-line Injection Process:
Feed twin-line injection machine (2:1 ratio by volume) with Part A and Part B separately. Inject material through the injection gun equipped with static mixer into structure to be sealed.

STORAGE & HANDLING
It is recommended to keep container tightly closed in a cool (20 - 25°C), dry and well-ventilated place. Partly used drums/pails should be properly sealed to prevent ingress of moisture. To increase the material life expectancy, partially used drum/pail can be filled with nitrogen gas and sealed tightly to prevent contamination. When the material is stored properly, the shelf life is approximately twelve (12) months from the production date.
WASTE DISPOSAL
Waste disposal should be in accordance with all applicable local and national regulations. Kindly check with the local authorities on proper disposal method. Empty drums/pails should be punctured to clear the content. Care must be taken to prevent environmental contamination from the use of this material.
HEALTH & SAFETY
- Ingestion: Do not induce vomiting. Treat symptomatically and get medical attention immediately.
- Inhalation: Remove from exposure. If there is any difficulty in breathing, get medical attention immediately.
- Skin Contact: Remove contaminated clothing. Immediately flush affected area thoroughly with mild soap and water.
- Eye Contact: Immediately flood eyes with plenty of water for a minimum of 15 minutes holding the eyes open.
