NCL SW-PU V is a ready-to-use hydrophobic hydroactive single-component flexible Polyurethane injection resin specially designed for permanent sealing of water leakages on vibratory structure. It is suitable for sealing all type of leaking concrete defects especially live cracks, movement joints and other imperfection that caused water ingress.
NCL SW-PU V is fast reacting to water. It is moisture sensitive and reacts rapidly in contact with water to foams a permanent flexible watertight seal. Due to its resilient flexibility, it allows and absorbs movement from concrete structure e.g. parking area, tunnel, track bed, under-construction building etc.
Once cured, NCL SW-PU V remain permanently flexible and forms an excellent water-impermeable barrier against moisture and water infiltration.

COMPOSITION
NCL SW-PU V is a single component Polyurethane Injection Resin based on methylene diphenol isocyanate and polyether polyol. It is ready-to-use, no mixing is required.

APPLICATION GUIDELINE
NCL SW-PU V can be injected using single-line high-pressure injection machine e.g. NCL SWM1000, NCL SWM1100, NCL DHP-M1000 or NCL DHP-M2000. The injection resin is ready-to-use, no mixing is required. Refer to Method Statement for complete guide.
FINAL PRODUCT
The single component hydrophobic injection resin reacts, expands and foams to dense permanent flexible watertight seal in contact with moisture or water.

STORAGE & HANDLING
It is recommended to keep container tightly closed in a cool (20 - 25°C), dry and well-ventilated place. Partly used drums/pails should be properly sealed to prevent ingress of moisture. To increase the material life expectancy, partially used drum/pail can be filled with nitrogen gas and sealed tightly to prevent contamination. When the material is stored properly, the shelf life is approximately twelve (12) months from the production date.
WASTE DISPOSAL
Waste disposal should be in accordance with all applicable local and national regulations. Kindly check with the local authorities on proper disposal method. Empty drums/pails should be punctured to clear the content. Care must be taken to prevent environmental contamination from the use of this material.
HEALTH & SAFETY
- Ingestion: Do not induce vomiting. Treat symptomatically and get medical attention immediately.
- Inhalation: Remove from exposure. If there is any difficulty in breathing, get medical attention immediately.
- Skin Contact: Remove contaminated clothing. Immediately flush affected area thoroughly with mild soap and water.
- Eye Contact: Immediately flood eyes with plenty of water for a minimum of 15 minutes holding the eyes open.
